Two services, two different evenings

In Saint-Tropez we serve at 8:00pm and 10:30pm. In Cannes, at 7:30pm and 10:00pm. Same kitchens, same menu, and yet two very different rooms.

The first service is calmer. The light is still going, tables fill slowly, you can hear the conversation beside you. It is the hour for dinners for two, and for families.

The second lifts. The lanterns have been on a while, the bar is working, the room has found its rhythm. Nothing changes on the plate. Everything changes around it.

Tables are booked by phone, at both houses.
