Salama opened in 1999 in the village of Saint-Tropez and became a Saint-Tropez institution, bringing together Eastern and Mediterranean flavors for more than 25 years.

The evening
Salama offers two distinct moods over the course of the evening. The first service, calm and hushed, suits an unhurried dinner. The second turns gradually festive from 11:00pm.
