Before Salama, chemin des Conquettes

Salama opened in 1999 in the old village, on rue des Tisserands, under Frédérique and Fabrice Dorel. The house changed hands in 2016, then went quiet for two years.

It reopened elsewhere: on chemin des Conquettes, two minutes from the place des Lices, Arcades, a garden, an address Saint-Tropez already knew by heart.

We could have started from nothing. We preferred to keep the arcades and set Morocco inside them. That mixture is what we serve today.
